Madrid Book Fair | House of Architecture Stand next to Alberto Campo Baeza
In this new edition of the Madrid Book Fair, which takes place during the first weeks of June in the Retiro Park and which counts on the numerous participation of publishers and organisations from all over the peninsula, the recently created Casa de la Arquitectura is taking part for the first time, in collaboration with the Arquia Foundation.

New event in Sotogrande | June 6th
On June 6th we will present together with Cork Oak Mansion the first house “Casa Zero”, a pioneering home that redefines the standards of luxury and sustainability in an event sponsored by DUS Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, Range Rover, de Antonio Yachts, GANDIABLASCO and La Reserva de Sotogrande.

NIU Houses finalist in the ADI-FAD awards
ADI-FAD organizes the ADI 2024 Awards, which bring together three awards in different areas of design: the Delta Awards for industrial design professionals and companies, awarded since 1961, the ADI Medals for students, which have been awarded since 1976, and the ADI Culture Awards, launched in 2016 and focused on projects that highlight the value of design culture.

In a recent publication, the media Economia3 has highlighted Fran Silvestre Arquitectos for being the architecture firm with the largest audience in social networks worldwide. This achievement was revealed through a study conducted by the digital consulting firm Welov, which shows that the firm has accumulated a total of 4.1 million followers on Instagram and Facebook.

New project completed in Conde Orgaz: Compluvium House
The Greeks, as well as the Etruscans and the Romans used compluvium in aristocratic dwellings to lead rainwater to the impluvium. This opening, which was made in the center of the domus, was initially used to vent the smoke from the fires made in the homes.

House on the Air, cover of Porcelanosa Group's Lifestyle Magazine
Due to the slope of the terrain, the element appears as an architectural piece deposited in its environment. The place is prepared with a sort of base materialized with the gray tone of the stones found in the environment, in fact, the name of Zahara, comes from the Arabic Sahara that could be translated as rocky place.

Finished project photoshooting | Well Villa
Located on the PGA golf course in Girona, the house seeks the best views of the place where it is located. The project is resolved with two extruded spaces, two volumes that overlap, in which the upper one moves in the direction of the lake in front, giving rise to a cantilever that seeks to generate a large shaded terrace.

Visit to Casa Sabater | Architecture Week 2023
