Open House Valencia - 2024 Edition
Next Saturday, October 26, 2024, a new edition of Open House Valencia will take place, an event that gives citizens the opportunity to discover emblematic Architecture and Design spaces that are not normally open to the public.
Presentation by Fran Silvestre at MArch Architecture and Design
On October 16, the Centre Octubre in Valencia will be the setting for a lecture given by Fran Silvestre, director of the MArch Valencia graduate school, associated with the European University and renowned architect. This will be the first lecture of the course. During his speech, Fran Silvestre will offer a comprehensive overview of the projects developed by his studio, Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, highlighting the innovative and sustainable approach that characterizes his work.
Press Conference in London | Villa Noon, the World’s First Zero Villa
Our team is heading to London to present Villa Noon, the world’s first zero-energy villa, along with Cork Oak Mansion and La Reserva de Sotogrande. This pioneering residence redefines luxury and sustainability standards. An innovative project, Villa Noon requires no connection to conventional water and electricity networks thanks to its advanced self-sufficiency technologies, marking a milestone in eco-friendly construction and design.
Neuroarchitecture Event | NIU Houses
The Polytechnic University of Valencia held a major event on Neuroarchitecture on October 1, where the findings of an innovative neurophysiological study carried out on the industrialized homes that make up the NIU Houses showroom in Campolivar were presented. This event is the result of an in-depth analysis carried out in collaboration with NIU Houses, a project by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, which has been awarded the Bronze Delta at the ADI-FAD thanks to its innovative construction system.
Documentary Gallery - Fran Silvestre
The production company Gallery has officially begun filming a new documentary about the Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio, directed by Brazilian-Portuguese director Augusto Custódio. The production, provisionally titled “Fran Silvestre”, will offer a deep dive into the professional career of the Spanish architect, seeking to highlight his minimalist approach and the harmony between aesthetics and functionality in his designs.
New project under construction in Las Rozas
The works of one of the new projects that are currently being executed in Las Rozas, Madrid, is in the structural phase and already allows us to intuit the final design. It is a residential project that arises from geometric experimentation in a search for growth by repetition, drawing on references such as Jørn Utzon and Konstantin Mélnikov.

This September an exclusive event will be held to inaugurate three villas built in La Moraleja, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, promoted by 37 Threeseven and built by Project Work. In collaboration with Range Rover, the event will take place in three villas overlooking the Moraleja Golf Course, where attendees will enjoy a special evening with music and a cocktail and will mark the official opening of these luxury residences, highlighting the avant-garde architectural design and exclusivity in one of the most prestigious areas of Madrid, La Moraleja.

Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, has been mentioned in a recent article in Vogue. The article, entitled “4 differentiating measures applied by this firm where 70% of the managers are women” highlights some of the practices that have been implemented in the studio on a day-to-day basis and that have had a significant impact on the way of working.
New project under construction in Albania | Gaia Villas
The new project under construction Gaia Villas is an exclusive residential complex under development in Mullet, near Tirana, consisting of 13 elegant villas. Set in a stunning natural landscape, the project offers unique views of Petrela Castle, combining the tranquility of nature with the proximity to the city.
New Project
The project consists of a corporate building with a program divided into three areas that are to be connected. A showroom with auditorium, a visitor's area and a staff area. Responding to this program, the building is generated as if three courtyards were emptied for each of the accesses, through a controlled geometry consisting of circles and their tangents. This strategy seeks to give the proposal an organic reading.

The Sabater House project, located in Orihuela and completed in 2023, has been published in the German magazine Häuser Magazin, Interior Design, in its July issue. Inside the magazine there is a complete report of the project, with photographs of the prestigious Portuguese photographer Fernando Guerra and graphic documentation to contextualize the description and images.

On 2 July, the FS Design and Innovation Awards 2024 took place, where our studio has been awarded. This edition celebrates the most outstanding products and projects of the last year.
Villa in la Moraleja under construction
The Villa Gaitanes project by 37 THREESEVEN, located in the prestigious urbanisation of La Moraleja, is already in the execution phase and the structure has been completed. Villa Gaitanes is a volume formed from the addition and subtraction of circular shapes to a central rectangular mass.
New project Villa Noon, the first zero villa in the world
The project, located in the exclusive urbanization of Reserva de Sotogrande, is designed with cylindrical volumes that follow the slope of the land and a stone façade that harmonizes with the landscape, subtly integrating itself into its natural surroundings. It offers panoramic views of the reserve, Sotogrande beach, the sea and, on clear days, Africa.

ADI-FAD organizes the ADI 2024 Awards, which bring together three awards in different areas of design: the Delta Awards for industrial design professionals and companies, awarded since 1961, the ADI Medals for students, which have been awarded since 1976, and the ADI Culture Awards, launched in 2016 and focused on projects that highlight the value of design culture.

New project completed in Conde Orgaz: Compluvium House
The Greeks, as well as the Etruscans and the Romans used compluvium in aristocratic dwellings to lead rainwater to the impluvium. This opening, which was made in the center of the domus, was initially used to vent the smoke from the fires made in the homes.
