New project in Bagdad, Iraq: Shatt Al-Arab House
In many cases, it is the constraints themselves that shape the project almost unintentionally. The site was located at street level on one of the busiest avenues in the city of Baghdad, with a specific geometry defined by the urban fabric. The proposal envisions the construction of a dwelling that brings together a daytime living area, two nighttime rooms, and a space for physical exercise.

The publisher TC Cuadernos will soon release a new monograph dedicated to the work of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos. Titled The Sublimation of the Everyday, the publication focuses on the residential projects developed by the studio and proposes a reading of how architecture can transform the everyday into a spatial experience.
New project finished in Alicante: Cano House
The project is articulated through the logic of the program and its placement along a main avenue in Alicante. The dwelling is organized into three clearly differentiated areas: the night zone, the day zone, and a space dedicated to training and sports practice.
New project in Montenegro
The site, facing the Adriatic, does not establish a single direction. The horizon dissolves between the sea and the mountains, and the surroundings lack clear references to guide orientation. In this absence of signals, geometry becomes a form of search.
