New project finished | Dental Clinic
Located in the center of the city, the project arises to give response to a new clinic whose values are based on an extremely personalized treatment to the client. The layout of the building, which dates from the beginning of the last century, conditioned the distribution.

New project | House in Río de Janeiro
Located on a hillside near the Itanhangá golf course in Rio de Janeiro, the house is composed of two volumes that are jointly deposited on the ground.Each of these elements rests on a band that supports it, deposited on each other they liberate the corner which facilitates the construction making the minimum possible earth movement and characterizing the building.

Fran Silvestre will participate as part of the jury in the third edition of the contest “inHAUS LAB "Design your modular house”. The international competition aims to promote new ways of doing architecture among students and recent graduates from all architecture colleges and other related disciplines, rewarding those who stand out for their creativity in the search for new modular housing solutions.

The house located in a privileged environment, arises from its implementation in the place. A plot with a steep slope that descends to the east and main views that open out to the south.
