VILLA LAVAN, THE TRILOGY

This villa located in the residential area of La Moraleja in Madrid, is presented as a superposition of two very resounding volumes, which through the game that poses the turn between them, generate covered terraces and orient the upper floor in the direction of distant views of the landscape.

The pieces have two solid sides that perform the structural function, thus allowing the fronts to be completely open through large windows facing the garden with a marked horizontality.

In contrast to its exterior, the interior is made up of connected spaces that contemplate a particular program, where each of the environments reveals a unique landscape of the garden. In this way, in this property an atmosphere immersed in a poetics of shadows that transform the interior is experienced.
