Our studio has recently carried out the photo shoot of the recently completed projects in La Moraleja in collaboration with the renowned photographer Fernando Guerra: The trilogy, the first project in La Moraleja of three villas with spectacular views of the Royal La Moraleja Golf Club.
Threeseven’s new project in La Moraleja consists of the creation of three exclusive villas that combine modern design and elegance. Located on Camino de Mesoncillos street, these residences offer stunning views of the Real Club de Golf La Moraleja.
Each villa has spaces designed for well-being and comfort, including a gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, a cinema room, a wine cellar, and common areas that connect with the natural surroundings. In addition, the project incorporates sustainable technologies to reduce water consumption, improve energy efficiency through renewable energy and maintain high internal environmental quality. This approach reaffirms La Moraleja as a benchmark in the premium housing sector in Spain.

Press Conference in London | Villa Noon, the World’s First Zero Villa
Press Conference in London: Villa Noon, the World’s First Zero Villa
07/10/2024
Our team is heading to London to present Villa Noon, the world’s first zero-energy villa, along with Cork Oak Mansion and La Reserva de Sotogrande. This pioneering residence redefines luxury and sustainability standards. An innovative project, Villa Noon requires no connection to conventional water and electricity networks thanks to its advanced self-sufficiency technologies, marking a milestone in eco-friendly construction and design.
The “Zero House” concept stands out for its ability to function without traditional service connections due to advanced technologies, such as a condensation air conditioning system for freshwater generation. This forward-thinking approach not only ensures efficient management of natural resources but also minimizes environmental impact.
For example, landscaping strategies include using native and drought-resistant plants, grouping vegetation based on water needs, and applying mulch to regulate soil temperature and reduce evaporation. Additionally, efficient irrigation systems, rainwater harvesting cisterns, permeable surfaces, and green roofs can all be implemented. This revolutionary design, which maximizes resource efficiency and minimizes ecological footprint, meets the strict Passive House standards, offering complete independence from conventional supply networks and exceptional energy efficiency.
Villa Noon, located in the exclusive La Reserva de Sotogrande, features cylindrical volumes that follow the natural slope of the terrain and a stone facade that harmonizes with the landscape, seamlessly integrating into its natural surroundings. The villa offers panoramic views of the reserve, the Sotogrande beach, the sea, and, on clear days, even the distant African coastline.

30/09/2024
The Polytechnic University of Valencia held a major event on Neuroarchitecture on October 1, where the findings of an innovative neurophysiological study carried out on the industrialized homes that make up the NIU Houses showroom in Campolivar were presented. This event is the result of an in-depth analysis carried out in collaboration with NIU Houses, a project by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, which has been awarded the Bronze Delta at the ADI-FAD thanks to its innovative construction system.
The study, developed by the UPV and funded by the Generalitat Valenciana, is a pioneer in Europe and focuses on scientifically measuring the psychological and neurophysiological effects of inhabitants in industrialized housing. Throughout the research, the impact of architectural design, construction precision and environmental factors on the well-being of users has been analyzed.
During the event, which took place at the same NIU Houses facilities where the study had been developed, the results of the study were presented, which explores the relationship between architecture and neuroscience, revealing how the built environment can influence behaviour and mental health. This analysis has had the collaboration of leading companies such as Actiu and Greenarea, as well as the architect and expert in Well certifications, Anna Ferrer. The event was a good occasion for professionals and academics interested in the convergence of architecture and neuroscience.
Behind the team led by the UPV and working on this project is Carmen Llinares, who is at the forefront of this type of research.

Lecture and exhibition for the COACM-Demarcation of Albacete
Lecture and exhibition for the COACM-Demarcation of Albacete
05/02/2024
The architectural community has an appointment on February 15 at 7 p.m. at the Official College of Architects of Castilla la Mancha, Demarcation of Albacete C. Martínez Villena, 7, 02001 Albacete. Fran Silvestre will give a conference titled “Pensado a mano”, which will show an in-depth vision of the most representative works of the Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio.
In addition, the COACM will have an exhibition that will accompany the conference and will last until March 13, where a selection of hand-made models will be presented that exemplify the conceptual materialization process of the Fran Silvestre Arquitectos studio.
The creative process carried out to materialize an idea in the studio of Fran Silvestre Arquitectos goes, first of all, through an intense and laborious exercise consisting of giving shape, with the hands, to models that, as defined by the renowned critic of architecture Philip Jodidio, it is an “unusual approach to new designs and a personal dedication to models as the main design tool, through which Fran Silvestre sometimes seems closer to sculptors such as the admired Alfaro than to older architects who cling to the sketch as their primary mode of expression”.
From the first stage, the result is pursued with precision, working with materials that allow the generation of straight and also curved shapes, which give rise to encounters and tangents, and which are shown as simple figures but which are highly complex from the point of view. of its conception. To quote another prestigious architecture critic, David Cohn, “Fran Silvestre is not an essentialist, in search of a lost and rooted authenticity, nor do we find him tuning into the divine harmonies of perfect geometric form under the light. His art, despite of its abstraction, it is more about the problem at hand, and how to create an environment for everyday life that lifts us out of the ordinary, toward a more complete and awakened sensual engagement with our surroundings.
In this exhibition, a set of hand-made pieces are exhibited that exemplify this exercise of conceptual materialization. Its production allows us to reach places that cannot be reached with the drawing and also provides clues to resolve certain aspects of the project and the construction phase itself. These creations are testament to a deep respect for the natural environment and topography.
