The works of one of the new projects that are currently being executed in Las Rozas, Madrid, is in the structural phase and already allows us to intuit the final design. It is a residential project that arises from geometric experimentation in a search for growth by repetition, drawing on references such as Jørn Utzon and Konstantin Mélnikov.

An emphatic yet serene structure transmitted through the symmetry between its parts; a configuration of three cylindrical volumes connected through their tangents. The transversal cuts at the base produce three points of contact that adapt to the sloping topography of the plot. On the other hand, at the top, openings are created in the pieces that allow a pleasant light to enter and act as permeable throughout the house.

The new project under construction Gaia Villas is an exclusive residential complex under development in Mullet, near Tirana, consisting of 13 elegant villas. The project consists of a corporate building with a program divided into three areas that are to be connected. A showroom with auditorium, a visitor’s area and a staff area. Responding to this program, the building is generated as if three courtyards were emptied for each of the accesses, through a controlled geometry consisting of circles and their tangents. This strategy seeks to give the proposal an organic reading.
