The article, entitled “4 differentiating measures applied by this firm where 70% of the managers are women” highlights some of the practices that have been implemented in the studio on a day-to-day basis and that have had a significant impact on the way of working.
The article places special emphasis on the system called ‘Evolutionary Advantage,’ a methodology that has been developed to harmonize professional and personal life within the team. It highlights how this system has allowed 70% of management positions to be held by women, which has brought an inclusive and collaborative perspective to the firm.

New Project
The project consists of a corporate building with a program divided into three areas that are to be connected. A showroom with auditorium, a visitor’s area and a staff area. Responding to this program, the building is generated as if three courtyards were emptied for each of the accesses, through a controlled geometry consisting of circles and their tangents. This strategy seeks to give the proposal an organic reading.

The Sabater House project, located in Orihuela and completed in 2023, has been published in the German magazine Häuser Magazin, in its July issue.
Inside the magazine there is a complete report of the project, with photographs of the prestigious Portuguese photographer Fernando Guerra and graphic documentation to contextualize the description and images.
HÄUSER is the top German magazine for architecture, design and international sophistication. The focus is on single-family homes, conversions and renovations. Each issue contains portraits of the protagonists of the building culture and design scene, the latest trends in furniture design and travel reports on architecturally interesting metropolises.

Award winners at the FS Design and Innovation Awards 2024
On 2 July, the FS Design and Innovation Awards 2024 took place, where our studio has been awarded. This edition celebrates the most outstanding products and projects of the last year. The jury was composed of Mario Ruiz, designer and National Design Award; Elena Goded and Mariajo Díez from the Society of Contemporary Crafts (SACo); Álvaro Matías, director of the Madrid Design Festival; Teresa Herrero, journalist and creator of teresaherreroliving.com; and Ana Luengo, landscape designer from the Citerea studio.
The magazine Fuera de Serie, from the newspaper Expansión, points out that the categories of these awards are broad and varied, reflecting the most notable designs. In the Textile category, manual work in fabrics with a contemporary approach was valued. In Housing, an exceptional project was awarded for its combination of personal and professional spheres. In Lighting, the award went to the inescapable commitment to sustainability. In Furniture, always one of the most hotly contested categories, a strong piece was singled out. In the Hotel category, recognition was given to a unique project that proposes a new way of enjoying holidays. In Innovation, the award went to a development that, while not headline-grabbing, represents a breakthrough. In Craftsmanship, the amazing pieces of a creative duo stood out both nationally and internationally. The Sustainability category was awarded to a project for the recovery of an ancestral business and its trades. Finally, in the Shop category, an award was given to a project that focuses on simplicity, reducing rather than adding.

Villa in la Moraleja under construction
The Villa Gaitanes project of 37 THREESEVEN, located in the prestigious urbanisation of La Moraleja, is already in the execution phase and the structure has been completed.
Villa Gaitanes is a volume formed from the addition and subtraction of circular shapes to a central rectangular mass. The circular shapes that compose it generate environments of covered and uncovered terraces that embrace the natural green landscape of the terrain.
The organisation of this villa is distributed on two levels, so that the intimate and social areas are located on a single ground floor, at the level of the main entrance. The support areas, services and facilities are located in the basement, which is practically impossible to see from the plot due to the care taken in its implementation.

New project Villa Noon, the first zero villa in the world
This project, located in the exclusive urbanization of the Reserva de Sotogrande, is designed with cylindrical volumes that follow the unevenness of the terrain and a stone facade that harmonizes with the landscape, subtly integrating into its natural surroundings. From it one can enjoy panoramic views of the reserve, the Sotogrande beach, the sea, and, on clear days, Africa.
From the highest point of the plot, you gain access to a courtyard characterized by a water feature that creates a pleasant space to enjoy at various times of the day. From this space, an exterior staircase leads to the circular courtyard which houses the bedrooms and an interior hall with views of the sea. At a lower level, another circle contains the daytime spaces, such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, and an indoor spa, all designed to maximize comfort and connection with the natural environment.
At street level, at the end of the plot, are the entrances to the garages, integrating functionality and aesthetics without compromising the harmonious design of the house. This architectural layout allows the house to blend with its surroundings, respecting the natural topography and offering a living experience that celebrates the interaction between construction and landscape.
