New project under construction in Las Rozas

The works of one of the new projects that are currently being executed in Las Rozas, Madrid, is in the structural phase and already allows us to intuit the final design. It is a residential project that arises from geometric experimentation in a search for growth by repetition, drawing on references such as Jørn Utzon and Konstantin Mélnikov.

An emphatic yet serene structure transmitted through the symmetry between its parts; a configuration of three cylindrical volumes connected through their tangents. The transversal cuts at the base produce three points of contact that adapt to the sloping topography of the plot. On the other hand, at the top, openings are created in the pieces that allow a pleasant light to enter and act as permeable throughout the house.
