The house is understood as a succession of concentric patios that provide privacy on each of the levels, understanding each of them as a ground floor with its own garden.
The walls are high enough to provide the necessary privacy with the surrounding buildings, but allow a view of the distant green mountains from the interior. In this way, four perimeters follow one another: the first that houses the most social area of the house, the second and the third that contain the bedrooms and the last, which crowns the house and covers the third level.
