Casa Sabater, cover of the IW Magazine
13/05/2024
Our project Casa Sabater has been selected to appear on the cover of IW magazine in its 156th edition corresponding to the month of May.
Inside we find a complete coverage of the project, with photographies of the prestigious Portuguese photographer Fernando Guerra and with graphic documentation to contextualize the description and the images.
The house establishes a continuous dialogue with the exterior through four architectural elements that descend, adapting to the slope of the land and preserving the existing vegetation. Its design defines three distinct areas: a portico-like access, private areas facing the slope and spaces open to the landscape. Each volume frames different parts of the environment, creating a sequence of landscapes that merge with the vegetation, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding forest and the sea from every room.
IW magazine reports on the aesthetics of living space and design trends in order to offer a refined lifestyle. It publishes articles about humanity, architecture, interior design, industrial design and contemporary art, editing all its content with a broad and detailed perspective. The way it makes pleasant reading and attractive images, along with its function of connecting business resources with professionals, has made it an international reference.
