The NIU with the most panoramic day area. The living room and kitchen share views while maintaining their independence.

This home is organized on two floors; the ground floor corresponding to the day area and the upper floor to the night area, in a classic distribution scheme. The main space on the ground floor is organized around a central core where services and communication are located, which allows the living room and kitchen to enjoy privacy while maintaining a direct connection with the garden in two of its orientations.

The textures and materials of the proposed finishes are in tune with the cozy, contemporary and balanced character of the home, in this case the finish is Graphite. Inside, the panels, furniture and fixed furniture feature a lacquered wood finish in a deep matte gray tone, creating a feeling of sophistication and continuity. The continuous gray vinyl flooring harmoniously complements this color palette. In the bathrooms, the Solid Surface coating in white offers a clean and bright contrast. On the outside, the façade is characterized by a gray Solid Surface coating, which is complemented by a sandblasted ceramic exterior flooring with a matte finish, maintaining the coherence of the design and the elegance of the whole. These finishes reflect a preference for chromatic sobriety and quality materials, resulting in an appearance that is both elegant and functional.

The facades of the NIU homes are made of Solid Surface, a material with high resistance, durability, ease of repair and low maintenance. In addition to its low porosity that makes it antibacterial, the system allows, through a ventilated chamber, to generate air circulation between the exterior wall and the cladding that helps to improve the thermal behavior of the houses, thus achieving greater energy savings.

The relationship between the interior and the exterior is one of the most important issues of the project. The high-end, high-tech windows designed with hidden profiles provide continuity and spaciousness to the space, making it possible to incorporate views into the room.
