The proposal is conceived as a system of aggregation, controlling its volumetric impact on the area and generating surprising spaces. This system is based on the Mat-Building, understood as a potentially infinite interior space that incorporates in its genetic matrix the idea of growth, reduction, and change.
In this way, the project begins with a basic shape, created by the intersection of a circle and a square. This form aggregates itself, creating an itinerary that allows the user to move through the different parts of the center in a controlled manner and, once the route is completed, return to the ground floor where the warehouse is located to proceed with check-out.
This systematization offers a series of advantages. It enables construction serialization, which reduces building time and cost. It provides versatility of form, as the different modules can be arranged in various ways depending on specific needs. It generates multiple spatial possibilities, with fully occupied modules or interstitial spaces.
