House in Las Rozas, cover of the IW magazine

Our Casa project in Las Rozas has been selected to occupy one of the covers of the international magazine IW in its 171st edition, corresponding to the month of November 2026.

Inside we find an article dedicated to the project, which presents the architectural proposal of this house located in Madrid, with open views towards the Sierra de Guadarrama. The publication collects a selection of international architecture and contemporary design projects.

The dwelling is articulated through five cylinders that organize the different spaces and define their geometry. These volumes are sectioned obliquely to adapt to the slope of the land and respond to the need to incorporate sloped roofs, allowing at the same time to capture natural light from different orientations. The openings frame panoramic views of the landscape and foster a continuous relationship between the interior and exterior spaces.

The magazine IW is specialized in architecture, interior design, industrial design and contemporary art. Through a careful selection of projects and editorial content, the publication explores the different ways of understanding the habitable space, highlighting the relationship between architecture, design and quality of life.
