The rigorous systematization of all the operations involved in this integral process guarantees the successful materialization of our houses.

NIU was born from the desire to give a global response to the processes of architecture and construction. Therefore, we have designed a system to manufacture houses in the most efficient and effective way.

Our work process integrates all the necessary phases in the construction of a design house: from the architectural project -including the management with the administration and the coordination of all the agents involved in the construction- to the interior design. The rigorous systematization of all the operations involved in this integral process guarantees the successful materialization of our houses.

The NIU Camplivar project is located in the municipality of Godella (13,000 inhabitants), north of the city center and between the municipalities of Rocafort and Paterna, just over 4 kilometers from Valencia. The proximity to the city and the pleasant residential environment means that many families live in this area, with more than 2,500 regular residents. The NIU Campolivar development is made up of 8 plots, in which there are 7 typologies designed with one and two floors.

In plot 01 the N320 typology is implemented, in plots 05 and 07 the N220 typology, in plot 03 the N150 typology, in plot 09 the N230 typology, in plot 11 the N70+ typology, in plot 13 the N160 typology and in plot 15 the N260 typology, thus incorporating the terrain and valuing its particularities.
