The project consists of the interior updating of an apartment in the center of the city of Valencia. We ordered the space looking for the continuity of the rooms, integrating the structural elements of the existing building within the divisions and the carpentry.
The plan is understood as three longitudinal bands that allow through ventilation. An area where you can work with generous natural lighting is incorporated into the main area of the house. A system of sliding carpentry allows incorporating or dividing the kitchen space from the living room depending on the situation. A gym, a water area, a fireplace, a terrace facing south over the treetops of Gran Vía (the healthy biophilia) and various facilities give the apartment a level of comfort that sometimes you do not want to leave.

Located in the center of Valencia, the project seeks to reinterpret the approach of this type of housing, recovering the potential of disused roofs. We like to think that each building takes away an open space from the city and gives it back on the roof.

It has two masts slightly inclined towards the stern. This type of boat was used for fishing and as a cargo ship, but later they were also used in regattas. The first one carried out in 1851 was won by the schooner America that today gives its name to the famous competition.

The relaxing power of a sheet of water when it is silhouetted against the sea is fascinating. A world of colors, reflections and textures appears in constant change that produces an enigmatic attraction. Sometimes this effect acquires a dimension that makes the rest of the elements that constitute a project are dispensable or accessory. Focused on this issue we begin the proposal to build a living space from which to contemplate a spectacular environment.
The place is located in Calpe and is delimited by four landscaping elements of great strength. To the north the rock of Ifach, to the east the Mediterranean Sea, to the south the Mascarat and to the west there is a distant view of the Sierra de Olta.

House of Silence. The project seeks to respond to a house and a studio for a musician.
The working area is partially buried in the lower part, responding to the acoustic needs. The upper floor is designed closed to the immediate environment due to the proximity to the next houses and projecting a kind of courtyards open to the large gardens in the surroundings.

The second edition of the monograph of our studio, Scenaries for Life, edited by TC Cuadernos, is now available after the first one is sold out.
The monograph compiles in 224 pages the most significant works made by our studio from its foundation until 2018.
The main works such the House of the cliff, the Balint House or the House between the pine forest, developed with plans for the first time in this volume. The interior design, the rehabilitation and the big scale works are also included.
The project consists in the construction of the headquarters for Mondraker, a company dedicated to the manufacture of competition mountain bikes. Located in an industrial park and surrounded by orthogonal edification, the building seeks to break away from the adjacent geometry and encloses itself, with a circular plan hollowed out by a central courtyard. Two vaults pierce the geometry allowing the access to the building, and creating a sort of central atrium which can be used, due to its form, to generate events and exhibitions. This geometry separates the building from its surrounding, reinforcing the corporative identity of the company and improving the quality of the open space in the plot.
You can find more information about this project in our web, or in our Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter profile.
